Once a customer places an order with us, they are required to pay 50% of the order total. Our design department will then contact the customer to discuss their desired design. Once the design is finalized, we will begin production, which usually takes around 7-10 days.
Once production is complete, we will contact the customer to inform them that their product is ready for shipping. At this point, the customer is required to pay the remaining 50% of the order total. Once payment is received, we will ship the product immediately.
We offer free shipping within the city of Riyadh. However, customers outside the city will be responsible for the shipping cost. We will work with the customer to ensure that their product is shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
