Printing: Print on the "whiter" side (the slightly rougher side is the back of the paper), and use the printer's "Matte Paper" and "High Quality" settings.

Preparation: Attach the paper to the heat press or mug using heat-resistant adhesive.

Pressing:

For cups: 180°C for 120-180 seconds (depending on press type).

For fabrics: 190-200°C for 50-60 seconds.

For metal: 190°C for 60 seconds.

Removal: Remove the paper immediately while it is hot to avoid “ghosting”.
