At MADAR PRINT, we aim to make custom-order production and delivery clear and reliable.

After an order is confirmed, the customer pays a 70% advance. Our design team then contacts the customer to confirm the artwork and specifications. Production starts after the artwork, specifications, and advance payment are approved, and usually takes 7–10 days unless a different timeline is stated in the quotation.

When production is complete and before dispatch, the remaining 30% of the order total is due. The order is shipped after the remaining balance is received.

We accept orders for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Türkiye, with production and delivery arranged locally where available. Standard shipping is currently free in the configured delivery zones. Delivery time depends on the destination, product, and order size.

Local pickup is not available. Please contact us before ordering if you need a confirmed production or delivery date.
